Cup - White and charcoal

This cup was thrown on my potter’s wheel using speckled stoneware clay. 
It’s been glazed in matte white and decorated with playful charcoal brushstrokes. The iron speckles in the clay can be seen too.
Perfect for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soup or mulled wine. 

Like all my work, they’re designed to be used and enjoyed, not saved for a special occasion. 
Everyday life is the special occasion!
